DOMESTIC CLEANING

Regular domestic cleaning includes:

• The same cleaner every week, so they become familiar with your requirements.
• Cleaners are personally interviewed
• We take up written and/or telephone references from two past employers.
• Cleaners are vetted for honesty
• Cleaners are trained to follow the White Pearl cleaning system and standards.
• Cover if your cleaner is sick or on holiday.
• Full insurance cover
• We supply & use all our own cleaning products
• Replacement within seven days if you wish to change your cleaner.

We tailor our domestic cleaning to the clients requirements which we understand may vary from week to week each cleaner has a check list which is devised and confirmed between the client and ourselves.

Domestic hourly rate is £19.61 +VAT with a 3 hour minimum

Commerical hourly rate is from £22.50 +VAT

Oven cleaning is not included and prices vary from single, double and range. Check our brochure for costs.

MOVE IN / MOVE OUT SERVICE

Most people, when they have sold their house, will not clean before the new owner moves in. We will come and take the stress of this away. So whether moving out or moving in why not get us to clean for you. Prices vary depending on size of property.

SPRING CLEANING

Most people don’t like the stress of Spring cleaning, about what to do first and wasting a whole day cleaning perhaps when you don’t have time.

Spring is the time to get your house clean of the Winter dust and germs. Let us come in and do a total top-to-bottom cleaning for you. We will dust and polish your furniture, clean your bathrooms and kitchen, skirtings, doors & frames and windows. Any specific requirements can be requested on call out.
